A friend recommended that we contact Barrie from ‘The Plumbing and Gas Heroes’ to fix the issue we had with our hot water system, and I’m glad we did! Barrie was very prompt in responding by arriving on time, but more importantly he was very friendly, courteous, patient and thoroughly professional.
After inspecting the hot water system Barrie provided us advice, options and quotes for a cost-effective long-term solution. It was a pleasure watching Barrie work — he has very high workmanship standards that ensures the job done is of top-quality for complete customer satisfaction.

We have used Barrie in the past and my parents also use The Plumbing and Gas Heroes.

Barrie is very customer focussed, he uses shoe covers and cleans up after the work is completed.

He is professional and knowledgeable and gives great advice.

We have had Barrie and his team attend to multiple plumbing issues at our rental property. On each occasion he has been prompt, provided a quality service, friendly and I like that his team wear covers over their work boots when entering the property.
