Is there a warranty?

Our workmanship has a 25 year guarantee and we supply our own materials which come with manufactures warranty.

What is the pricing policy for services involving blocked drains, gas leaks, and water leaks?

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Barrie has completed 2 jobs at my mum's unit and both have been done very professionally. He provided quotes, arrives on time and his standard of work is high. I also liked that he took the time to clean up any mess after finishing the job.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Barrie and Connor were super professional and responded quickly to my issue.

They are the ballpark in terms of costs, especially for emergency call outs.

Connor was super knowledgeable and offered some great advice so the problem doesn’t arise again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Plumbing and Gas Heroes had done some work through the body corporate where I live and just happened to be there when I needed the solenoid on my reticulation replaced. They did the work the same day. Polite, efficient and reasonably priced. What more could you ask. Highly recommended.
